Have you tried AC?
I have. It sometimes works fine, but at random occasions will insert the whole phrase without removing the first letter(s). This way I have to remove the extra letters at the beginning manually.
Small thing, but a lot of extra unnecessary work repeated couple dozen thousand times.
Not a major feature?
I can hardly agree there are major or minor features.
Unless you tell the user which features should be important, and which should not.

I've just tested your example, using WF 3, latests built, and now results were obtained. Fuzzy threshold match 50%. The same result with WF Classic.
Using both memoQ and Trados workbench 2007, 75% fuzzy match, while Studio 2009, 73% fuzzy match.
I also tried deleting the figures in inches, but the result was the same: no matches at all.

This information was already reported in the 2nd reply to the original post.
And the 6th reply mentioned Wordfast Classic's blindness with Krzysztof's particular segments has been fixed in version 6.04g.
This still leaves Wordfast Pro, but this thread is about Classic. | | | Clarisa Moraña Турция Local time: 12:00 Член ProZ.com c 2002 английский => испанский + ... I know... this is just to confirm that there aren't isolated cases. | Aug 20, 2012 |

I believe Wordfast developpers will check what's going on if there is more than one isolated case. I also did some other tests, such as deleting the figures between brackets, and the results where the same. Why would I open a second post regarding similar issues?
