Have you ever thought that using services like Wordfast Anywhere is like digging your own grave? In the Terms they say "Wordfast LLC will not reuse, sell, reveal, distribute or in any way disclose the data you entrust in our servers." but they add later "Terms are subject to change".
What if they sold our work to third parties (Any company running machine translation software) or develop a new perfect machine translator using our work?

No!

Wordfast is owned (and operated) by Yves Champollion. This is the opposite of mega-corporations.
I know Yves, and I trust him. As long as he is the head of Wordfast, there is no risk of the sort you are intiming.

Don't they all do?

Of course they do, only with Worfsast anywhere, you don't pay to have your work taken away. It's free so it's a win-win situation for everyone. Others with license keys have access to your work and hacking is everywhere not any in the news business or military. That's the price to pay for a technology dependant society.

"Additionally, upon request, Wordfast will sign Non-Disclosure Agreements with any customer who wishes to have a written contract regarding the confidentiality of their data."
Even if you don't trust Yves, that should be enough.
Cheers,
Gerard
