Firstly apologies if this is in the wrong forum but I thought I'd start here

I "bought" some Ukrainian Dictionaries in September from a website run by a Proz platinum member and payed the money via paypal. However its now November and I have yet to receive:

1. any order confirmation
2. any reply to my countless emails and phone messages

What's more I have just this minute called and managed to get through and as soon as I started speaking was cut off! Now I realise this is a private purchase and that Proz is limited in what it can do if anything to help me here but I just wondered what I can do?

Anybody with any ideas?

I have a feeling this person has run off with my money.

They just refunded me via paypal, something worked somewhere
