Strange Error Message - What is happening?

I have just tried to send a job proposal to a company in China and got the following error message, could someone please explain what is happening, as I don't speak Chinese?


Remote host said: 551 77.238.189.64 is listed in RBL! 您的IP被列入中国反垃圾邮件联盟黑名单，请参阅：http://www.anti-spam.org.cn/Rbl/Query/Result?IP=77.238.189.64 ,如果您正在使用客户端，请检查您是否正确设置了SMTP认证 [RCPT_TO]

Although we, as translators, may disregard it, it provides valuable help when you know nothing about a language!
More or less, it says what is in the English message: the address of your mail server is blacklisted in China (and this is not specific to China: several French mail servers are blacklisted by some U.S. servers too).
I would recommend to try another mailing address and thus another SMTP server...

The text in Chinese reads:

Your ip (address) has been black listed by the Chinese Anti-spam Alliance. Please refer to http://www.anti-spam.org.cn/Rbl/Query/Result?IP=77.238.189.64. If you are using an email client, please check you have set your SMTP certificate/authentication correctly.
