Hi every one,
I have a question regarding the theory of translation.
When we translate 2 sentences of SL into 1 sentence of TL, could it be rank/ unit shift?

تو را ره گم کرده و حیران یافت
Sa: Allah found you lost on the way
Rank shift = Two sentences change to one sentence
