Just wondering if anyone else has problems with microsoft language portal. Haven't been able to access it after a system upgrade.

Cleared my browser cache and tried incognito to access, but still no luck. I think we need to accept the terms&conditions but the page does not let me proceed even if I read them all. Confused :/

I don't have any problems with IATE, but it has been unstable recently. The new version seems to be less reliable than the old.

I've tried to download a local copy with no luck either. Does anyone know how can I locate them other than on microsoft's website? More specifically, all the English > Chinese (Simplified, HK Traditional & Taiwan Traditional) versions.

| Impossible to reach out to MS Support | Oct 9, 2019 |
I’ve tried to contact MS support but keep hitting a brick wall. The standard support is only geared to software that they sell. For ”free resources” like MSLP, there seems to be no way of alerting anyone in charge.
Does anyone have a personal contact at MSLP? Maybe if you work as a subcontractor translating for Microsoft, you can escalate it through your LSP.

I asked them on Messenger earlier today. This is what they said:
'You are not the first person reporting the problem. I understand that you mean translation boxes which are gone. We reported that to our experts and are awaiting their response. If you contact me later today, I should have more info on the issue. We use this tool too and we also want to understand what happened. We reported the issue and we are awaiting the response.'

Hi,
I would continue this thread about the Microsoft Language Portal.
Up to 31st August there was no problem to use the Portal. But from yesterday suddenly down, there is no way I can get to the Portal.
Do you also have problems? Might be in the process of upgrading and that's why unavailable?
It is so bothering not being able to access it while translating.

As of this evening I can't use the free MSTerm any more. I can open the site but can't enter any search terms. Anyone else experiencing this?
Also noted that there is a "sign in" button in the top left corner that seems to be new...
