Rates for review/proofreading

Good day good colleagues.
What would be the rate for review (apprx 250 words), with pictures. It is a children book, so content is very basic and doesnt need professional translation skills. What would be the suggested rate for such a job?

Charge your hourly rate Sep 7

All review work can only be charge per hour, that is, whatever you charge for one hour of work. If it's only a small project that takes half an hour, then charge 50% of your hourly rate.

If the work takes only 10 minutes, then charge the 50%, but inform the client that the amount will be counted up to other smaller projects.

My rate for editing (bilingual review) is 50% my translation rate and for proofing (monolingual review) is 25% my translation rate. In this case, I would charge my minimum rate (my rate per hour).
