...is that if the non-payer offers to pay, in exchange for you removing your negative BB comment, agree. Then when you receive payment, add an *even more negative* BB comment.
That kind of dishonesty + blackmail on the part of a non-payer deserves the most severe response.

The problem is how the WWA options are phrased. I would definitely work for any of those problematic payers any time... if only they paid me cash in advance!
Most of them had extremely pleasant and professional PMs, however their accounts payable department was thoroughly nonfunctional.

Thus far I haven't sent such a report, but I will do it now based on our colleagues' positive reponses.
And I fully agree with Tom. Bad business conduct merits... negative BB entries.

I only reported in excessive cases, three up to now. One company paid in full 18 months later and without relationship with the complaints. They are doing fine now. From what other translators told, I understand that they now have inhouse translators and do not subcontract anymore (they can't!).
The second one paid me after a long while, but I was one of the luckiest ones, several dozens of translators are still waiting. They took them to court. Yes, a BB entry is always useful sooner or later.
By the way, this agency has a few entries, all of them being positive (5) - up to now.
