Thank you, merci, grazie :-) Nov 1, 2010

Thanks to everyone who's taken the time to contribute so far. As we all know, online sources cannot necessarily be trusted (and I clearly got the conjugations wrong for some of them, thereby proving this point!) so I do appreciate all your help.

@Catherine: Bora da! Our church gave me a list of countries represented, and it would appear that we don't have any Welsh people attending! Sorry about that, rest assured I haven't missed you out on purpose...

Chinese Mandarin and Tagalog Nov 2, 2010

For Chinese Mandarin written format, there are two:
1) China (uses simplified) -欢迎
2) Taiwan & Hong Kong (use traditional) - 歡迎

For the Philippines,
Tagalog or Filipino - "Mabuhay" is correct

Phew!

BTW, we have a banner at our church with these words sewn on (at least we used to! They've taken it down for some reason!).

The Bulgarian is correct. It is applicable for both singular (formal greeting) and plural.
