Текст оригинала - английский SETTING UP YOUR AIRBOARD FOR THE FIRST
After removing the Airboard™ from its packaging the following minor assembly will be required:
Swivel the handle bar upward.
Push the small spring pins (at the pivot) inward sufficiently so that the handle bar legs can be pushed into the upright tubes of the Airboard™.
When the handle bar is correctly installed, the upper spring pins should snap into the same holes in the upright tubes, locking the handle in place. (See Fig. 5) Take care to ensure that the control cables are not snagged or bent sharply during this fitment.
AVOID TILTING THE AIRBOARD TO STEEP ANGLES WHEN LIFTING OR CHECKING UNDERNEATH AS IT CAN AFFECT THE ENGINE OIL,
FUEL, AND POSSIBLY DAMAGE THE REAR DRIVE WHEEL
• Check the engine oil level and fill if required.
Airboards are supplied with oil (Refer to theengine manual).
• Connect the “+” battery lead to the startersolenoid as shown in Fig. 8.
Oil Filter Plug
• Fill the fuel tank with 85 Octane Unleaded fuel as specified in the Engine Manual. (Take care to clean up any spilled fuel from the engine compartment).

4. FLYING YOUR
AIRBOARD
It’s time to fly; however please make sure you carry out the following pre flight checks on a regular basis.
After the initial setup the following simple checks should be made regularly to ensure the craft is operating correctly:
Refer to the Maintenance section for more details.
Fan blades not worn or loose. (See section 5.2 Blade Inspection)
Oil level and air filter cleanliness, (see the Engine Manual for more information)
Flywheel screen on the rear of the engine is free of debris, and no substantial amount of debris has passed into the cooling fan or engine cooling shroud.
Engine bay area is free of debris and no objects are near the muffler
Check entire fan for no signs of damage, wear, dents and cracks
Wear on drive wheel (See section 5.4 Drive Wheel Inspection)
Wear on the clutch (See section 5.7 Cone Clutch Inspection)
Wear and tear on skirt.
Patch/replace as required. (See section 5.8 skirt inspection)
Skid brushes and wheels have no wear/damage and freely rotate. (See section 5.9 skid brush & turning wheel Inspection)
Main fan, front and rear intake louvers are free of debris
Inspect the drive Wheel Chain for correct Slack and lubrication. (See section 5.5 Drive Chain and Sprockets Inspection)
BALLAST CALIBRATION
Incorporated in the Airboard™ “II” is an adjustable ballast unit can be attached to the front of the Airboard™ to enable the craft to float level for riders of different weight.
For riders weighing less than 60kg /1301b it is recommended that two ballast bars be attached to the front.
For riders weighing between 61kg/131lb and 80kg/175lb it is recommended that one ballast bar be added to the front.
No ballast is recommended for riders above 81kg/176lb.

4. Как летать на Вашем

Экран маховика на задней стороне двигателя свободен от мусора и посторонних предметов, и в охлаждающий вентилятор или охлаждающий кожух двигателя не попало значительное количество мусора и посторонних предметов.
Отсек двигателя свободен от мусора и посторонних предметов, и нет никаких объектов рядом с глушителем.
Проверьте весь воздуходув на предмет отсутствия признаков повреждения, износа, вмятин и трещин.
Износ ведущего колеса (см. раздел 5.4 "Проверка ведущего колеса").
Износ муфты сцеплении (см. раздел 5.7 "Проверка конической муфты сцепления").
Износ и разрывы на юбке.
Поставте заплату/замените по необходимости (См. раздел 5.8 "Проверка юбки").
Тормозящие щетки и колеса не имеют износа/повреждений и свободно вращаются (см. раздел 5.9 "Проверка тормозящих щеток и поворотного колеса").

Проверьте цепь ведущего колеса на предмет правильной слабины и смазки (см. раздел 5.5 "Проверка приводной цепи и звездочек").
Калибровка балласта
В Аэроборде™ "II" предусмотрено регулируемое балластное устройство, прикрепляемое к передней части Аэроборда™, чтобы обеспечить горизонтальное движение судна с водителями разного веса.

Fundamentals
Table 3.2 Chemical Structures of MDI
TDI is manufactured by phosgenation of diaminotoluene, which is obtained by the reduction of nitrotoluene.
Commercial products of TDI are mixtures of 2,4- and 2,6-isomers in the weight ratio of 80/20 or 65/35.
TDI with a 80/20 isomer ratio is used mainly for flexible foams.
Modified TDI and undistilled TDI are mostly used for rigid urethane foams and in part for semirigid foams.
TDI is not suited for preparing polyisocyanurate foams.
MDI is obtained by the phosgenation of the condensation product of aniline with formaldehyde.
Polymeric and oligiomeric MDI is in a liquid form.
They are mainly 4,4'-isomer based and have small quantities of the 2,2'-isomer and up to 10% of the 2,4-isomer.
Their average functionality is in a range of 2.3 to 3.0.
Pure MDI (or monomeric MDI) is obtained by the distillation of a crude reaction product and is used for elastomers and coatings.
Polymeric MDI is used for rigid and semirigid urethane foams, as well as polyisocyanurate foams.
Recently, polymeric MDI-based flexible foam technology has been developed.
Tables 3.3. and 3.4 show the physical properties of TDI and MDI, respectively.
