My life has been almost equally split between Czech Republic/Czechoslovakia (31 years) and USA (most recent 24 years). I have stayed abreast of the developents and day-to-day life in my native country by spending every summer in Prague.
I started learning English at age of 9, was state-certified at age of 17 ("statni zkouska") and have advanced my bilingual proficency ever since through daily job duties (National Tourist Office representative, international trade executive, real estate developer and financial analyst) with freelance translating/interpreting assignments as a court interpreter and/or a qualified translator (Czech, English, Slovak, Russian). Currently I stand available and ready for any interesting language service opportunity within the United States, Czech Republic or beyond.
