I have a degree in physics and philosophy from the University of York. After fifteen years in the restaurant business I spent a sabbatical year in France in 2000 and have been there ever since!
My main activity is translation and also working directly with some French companies, helping them to export their products to the UK.
My specialisations are wine, marketing, tourism, environmental issues, renewable energies and of course, anything food-related! I live in Bordeaux.
