Agency shall not be committed to purchasing any digital media space from Publisher until an insertion order is agreed between the parties or until it places an Order via the auction platform. Except where inventory is to be purchased by Agency as part of an auction, Publisher will notify Agency within 1 business day of receipt of an insertion order signed by Agency if the specified inventory is not available. Modifications to the originally submitted IO will not be binding unless agreed in writing by both parties or accepted by Publisher via a web-based tool such as an online buying booking tool and acknowledged by Agency.
