Wordfast Pro error message: JAVA Platform SE Binary does not react

The message must have something to do with the Wordfast Pro Alignment software. I got it when I wanted to shut down my computer. A screen of Wordfast Pro Aligment had freezed on my desktop screen, after I closed the program hours earlier.
