Dear all

I realized that the system says that my profile is not complete regarding the required fields,

But my profile is complete, I have completed even the encouraged fields since long time ago.

My profile has always been complete.

If I enter my page I found that the required fields are:

1. Account type
2. Contact information
3. Map location
4. Native language
5. Years of experience
6. Default... See more

2. Contact information
3. Map location

6. Default rates
7. Services
8. Language pairs
9. Fields of expertise
10. Software / CAT tools

(all green)

And the encouraged fields are:


11. About me
12. Keywords
13. Portfolio/Sample Translations
14. 'Likelihood of working again ' (LWA) entries
15. CV/Resume

(all green)

So there is nothing to complete, something must be wrong.

Can you please do something for me?

Hi Angio,

I checked you Certified PRO Program application application and it says that "Your ProZ.com profile is complete". Then, could you please send me a screenshot of the page in which you read that your profile is not complete attached to the support request you opened? This will help me look into this further.
