This comes to US$0.03 per word (ridiculous) for something which may have legal implications, and must be extremely accurate and on a rush basis!
Simply answer to those kinds of ads, telling them the REAL price they should expect to pay for this kind of service. We have to educate people as some are really ignorant about prices and others, well, try to take advantage and find a sucker who is desparate etc...
If we all reply telling them that something like this is worth at least 5 X more per word, then they will see that they have to revisit their budgets!
