Looking for a quote from the French novel "La véritable histoire de Mary Prince, esclave antillaise"

This is the quote I need to translate:
"What my eyes have seen I think it is my duty to relate; for few people in England know what slavery is. I have been a slave - I have felt what a slave feels, and I know what a slave knows; and I would have all the good people in England to know it too, that they may break our chains, and set us free".
I am aware the book has been translated into French, and I found the beginning of the translation:

I'm looking for the second part of the quote (from 'and I would have' to 'set us free') to maintain a consistency in approach, as I would rather avoid having the beginning of a given published translation followed by my own translation!
Does anyone know this quote or have the book in French? It is apparently on page 17.
