When installing X3 I left X2 on my system, for security reasons, as backup. So far I did not need to reactivate it and it does not affect the function of X3 too. Hope that helps.

Hi,
I'm currently testing DVX3 and I can use all created databases of DVX2. As said, it would be wise to make a backup of all databases prior of using DVX3, just in case...

After completing installation of DVX3, do not forget to repair DVX2 installation. Simply run the DVX2 installer, and select repair.
