• The product must be treatment by medical practitioners who have undertaken specific training in the injection technique for filling.
• Before beginning treatment, patient must be informed of product’s indications, contra-indications, incompatibilities and potential undesirable effects.
• Do not use Drug_name® for injections other than intra-dermal injections.
• Drug_name® may cause a serious side effects like a blindness when it injected into the blood vessels, Be careful, it is recommend do not inject into thin skin area and a high possibility to inject into blood vessels where are the periorbital area.
• Drug_name® must be injected into healthy, non-inflamed and disinfected skin.
• There is no establishing of safety and effectiveness about lip augmentation,
• Maybe recurrence of herpetic eruption to patient who have a history of herpetic eruption.
• There is no establishing of safety and effectiveness of using over than expiry date in controlled clinical trials.
• Patients who are showing a history of streptococcal disease (recurrent sore throats, acute rheumatic fever) shall be subjected to a dual test before any injection is administered.
• Patients who are undergoing anti-coagulant treatment must be warned of the increased risk of haematomas and bleeding during the injection.
• It is recommended to avoid taking aspirin or high doses of vitamin C the week before the injection.
• It is recommended not to apply make up for 24 hours after injection and to avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, UV light, cold temperatures or using saunas or steam baths for the two weeks after injection.
• It is very important that the needle is properly assembled to the syringe. Improper assembly may cause separation of the needle and syringe during injection.
• If the needle is blocked, do not increase the pressure on the plunger rod but stop the injection and replace the needle.
• Athletes should be made aware that this product contains an active principle that may produce a positive result in anti-doping tests.

При исследовании гена RP1, ответственного за возникновение пигментного ретинита 1 типа, у обследуемого обнаружена мутация с.1118С>Т (Thr373Ile) в гетерозиготном состоянии (генотип C/T, или Thr/Ile).
Частота данного генотипа в популяции составляет 1,273%.
Пигментный ретинит или пигментная дегенерация сетчатки характеризуется дистрофией пигментного эпителия и фоторецепторов, что приводит к утрате способности передачи сигналов в кору головного мозга.
Также для данного заболевания характерно скопление пигментного вещества, что отчётливо видно при осмотре глазного дна.
Процесс дегенерации с отложением пигмента приводит к потере зрения.
Пигментный ретинит чаще встречается у мужского населения и может проявиться как в детском возрасте, так и более зрелом.
Согласно статистике, у большинства больных с пигментным ретинитом в возрасте до 20 лет сохраняется способность к чтению, а острота зрения превышает 0.1; в возрасте 45-50 лет острота зрения становится ниже 0.1, а способность к чтению утрачивается.
В данном случае в ходе проведения молекулярно-генетического анализа в гене RP1 обнаружена мутация Thr373Ile в гетерозиготной форме.
В литературе описана одна семья, имеющая проявления пигментного ретинита и гомозиготное носительство вышеуказанной мутации.
Таким образом, выявленный генотип свидетельствует о бессимптомном носительстве мутации в гене RP1.
Для проявления клинических симптомов заболевания необходимо наличие нарушения в обеих хромосомах гомологичной пары.
У обследуемого мутация присутствует лишь в одной из хромосом гомологичной пары, т.е. была унаследована лишь от одного из родителей.
У таких людей заболевание себя обычно клинически никак НЕ проявляет.
Исходя из законов наследования, дети обследуемого с 50%-ой вероятностью могут унаследовать эту мутацию.
В связи с чем, при планировании деторождения ему показано медико-генетическое консультирование с целью определения риска рождения ребенка с пигментным ретинитом.
Кроме того, выявленная мутация с 50%-ой вероятностью может присутствовать в генотипе сестер пациента, что необходимо учитывать при планировании ими деторождения.
Таким образом, при проведении анализа данных у обследуемого выявлена мутация с.1118С>Т (Thr373Ile) в одном из аллелей гена RP1*, что свидетельствует о бессимптомном носительстве мутации.
*Для подтверждения генотипа пациента рекомендуется дополнительное обследование с использованием референсного метода.

According to the results of the analysis of the RP1 gene, responsible for the occurrence of retinitis pigmentosa 1, a с.1118С>Т (Thr373Ile) mutation in a heterozygous state (genotype C/T, или Thr/Ile) has been detected in the patient.
The carriership frequency of this genotype in the general population is 1.273%.
Retinitis pigmentosa or pigmentary degeneration of the retina is characterized by degeneration of a pigment epithelium and photoreceptors, which leads to a loss of the ability to transmit signals to the cerebral cortex.
This disease is also characterized by the accumulation of a pigmentary substance, which is clearly visible when examining the fundus.
The processes of degeneration and deposition of the pigment lead to a loss of vision.
Retinitis pigmentosa is more common in the male population and can onset both in childhood and in maturity.
According to statistics, the majority of patients with retinitis pigmentosa have the ability to read till the age of up to 20, and visual acuity exceeds 6/60. At the age of 45-50, their visual acuity decreases below 6/60, and they lose the ability to read.
In this case, according to the results of the molecular genetic analysis, a Thr373Ile mutation in heterozygous form has been found in the RP1 gene.
The literature describes one family with the presentations of retinitis pigmentosa and homozygous carriage of the above-stated mutation.
Thus, the revealed genotype indicates the asymptomatic carriage of a mutation in the CFTR gene.
For the manifestation of clinical symptoms of the disease, a mutation in both chromosomes of the homologous pair is necessary.
In the subject, the mutation is present only in one of the chromosomes of the homologous pair, i. e. it was inherited from one of the parents only.
Such people usually do NOT have clinical presentations of this disease in any way.
Based on the principals of inheritance, the children of the subject have a 50% probability of inheriting this mutation.
That is why, in family planning, a medical genetic consultation is indicated to the patient to determine the risk of a birth of a child with a retinitis pigmentosa.
In addition, the detected mutation has a 50% chance to be present in the patient’s sisters’ genotype; they must take it into account in family planning.
Thus, according to the results of the data analysis, a с.1118С>Т (Thr373Ile) mutation in one of the alleles of the RP1* gene has been detected in the subject, which indicates the asymptomatic carriage of the mutation.
*An additional research using the reference method is recommended to confirm the patient’s genotype.

7 Chemical, physical and biological properties
7.1 The devices must be designed and manufactured in such a way as to guarantee the characteristics and performances referred to in Section I on the ‘General requirements’. Particular attention must be paid to:

— the compatibility between the materials used and biological tissues, cells and body fluids, taking account of the intended purpose of the device,

During the use of the handpiece, the patient has no contact with the electrode of the handpiece due to the gel: however it is made of Barium Titanate, a ceramic material widely used for medical devices with the same purpose of use, which is guaranteed biocompatibility. There are no materials or gases with which the device comes into contact during operation. The operator's manual indicates that the device in question must not be used with any type of fuel or anesthetic gas and is not designed to withstand the penetration of liquids.
