"Золото всегда было тихой гаванью для инвесторов, считает члена совета директоров АО «Казахалтын» Александра Исаев. "Эта компания добывает 15% от золоторудной отрасли Казахстана. Разрабатывая месторождения Аксу, Бестюбе и Жолымбет «Казахалтын» добывает и перерабатывает 3 тонны золота ежегодно. Производство товарной продукции в денежном выражении составляет 18,1 млрд. тенге (96,7 млн.долларов). "
Несмотря на нестабильность на сырьевых рынках, увеличение производства - выигрышная стратегия для золотодобывающих компаний, поскольку позволит продолжать компаниям работать, имея необходимый запас качественного сырья.
"В связи с этим, а также спросом на нашу продукцию со стороны банков мы планируем расширить свое производство," сказал г-н Исаев.
Эти планы учтены в стратегии развития компании на 2015-2019 годы, одобренной советом директоров в январе 2015 год.
"Стратегия предусматривает капитальные вложения на этот период на сумму 206 млн. долларов и рост объемов выпуска готовой продукции к 2019 году на 70% от нынешнего уровня, то есть до 4,9 тонн, рассказал Александр Исаев.
"Численность персонала АО «Казахалтын» на сегодняшний день составляет 4100 человек, средняя зарплата – 148,7 тысяч тенге (795 долларов), в течение года рост оплаты труда в компании должен вырасти на 7%," уточнил он.
"Центральные банки стран всего мира действительно сейчас активно скупают золото из-за снизившейся цены," сказала старший аналитик инвестиционной компании «Халык финанс» Сабина Амангельды. "И благодаря их спросу на благородный метал его цена как раз таки стабилизировалась в этом году,зафиксировалась на уровне 1000-1100 долларов за тройскую унцию и скорее всего останется таковой в 3-4 квартале этого года," считает она.

"Investors have always viewed gold as a safe haven," said Aleksandr Isayev, a board member of AO Kazakhaltyn. "Kazakhaltyn mines 15% of Kazakhstan's total output. In spite of commodity market instability, gold miners see increasing production as a winning strategy, since it will allow them to keep working while maintaining their required reserve of quality ore.
"That, in combination with bank demand for our gold, has us planning to expand our operation," Isayev said.
These plans have been factored in to the company's growth strategy for 2015-2019 and were approved by the board in January 2015.
"The strategy envisions capital investments during this period totaling $206 million and boosting annual refined gold output 70% by 2019, that is, up to 4.9 tons," Isayev added.
"Today, AO Kazakhaltyn employs 4100 people who earn an average of 148,700 tenge ($795) per month. The company foresees a 7% increase in employee compensation over the course of this year," he clarified.
"Right now, central banks across the world are flocking to buy gold because of its drop in price," said Sabina Amangeldy, a senior analyst at Halyk Finans investment bank. "And it was thanks to their demand for the precious metal that prices stabilized this year, ranging between $1000-1100 per ounce where it will most likely remain during the 3rd and 4th quarters," she remarked.
