I was born in Moscow, Russia. In 1991 my family immigrated to Israel, where I lived for almost 15 years. My mother-tongue is Russian, but I'm practically bilingual both in Russian and Hebrew, since my family moved to Israel when I was a teenage girl. I finished school and university in Israel and possess Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics and Interdisciplinary Studies (Dual Major) Department of Linguistics, Faculty of Humanities, Tel-Aviv University, Israel
and have a Diploma in Hebrew-English-Hebrew Translation and Translation Editing (Revision) Department of Culture Research, Faculty of Humanities, Tel-Aviv University, Israel
Currently I reside in the USA. I'm professional, qualified and certified freelance translator with linguistic background, associate member of American Translators Association (ATA), Israel Translators Association (ITA), Northwest Translators and Interpreters Society (NOTIS) and Washington State Court Interpreters and Translators Society (WITS).
I have been working as a translator for more than 10 years. Since 2001 I have been working as a freelance translator on a full-time basis for many clients all over the world. During these years I have gained a vast practical experience and perform both general and specialized translations.
My working languages are: Hebrew, Russian and English - in all possible combinations.
As I have already mentioned previously, I'm practically bilingual in Russian and Hebrew and professionally fluent in English.
