Текст оригинала - испанский Los economistas neoclásicos consideran que la empresa es un mecanismo que se sitúa entre el mercado de factores (bienes iniciales) y el mercado de productos (bienes finales) y su actuación consiste en combinar los factores para transformarlos en productos. Los precios de los factores productivos y de los productos terminados, al igual que el tipo particular de tecnología que la empresa utiliza o función de producción, son datos para la empresa; es decir, vienen dados por el mercado supuestamente de competencia perfecta, en el que existe completa información para todos los participantes en el mismo.
Considera que la empresa es la unidad económica de producción.
La teoría neoclásica no contempla la situación de las empresas reales, no considera las bases de la toma de decisiones dentro de la empresa; destaca el papel del mercado, en detrimento de la descapacidad discrecional de los directivos.
Bajo esta teoría, la empresa es una “caja negra” observable por sus comportamientos externos en el mercado, pero sin entrar a analizar lo que ocurre en su interior. No trata de explicar el funcionamiento real de las empresas.

В этой теории предприятие представляет собой «черный ящик», внешнее поведение которого обозревается на рынке, без анализа его внутренних особенностей. Эта теория не ставит задачу объяснить реальную работу предприятий.
