Клинический и трудовой прогноз = КТП. Выяснила фразу. Как я сказала, эта фраза стояла в конце эпикриза. Это означает, что после истории болезни и всех клинических рекоммендаций. В конце документа. По удачной случайности, выяснила эту аббревиатуру, не знаю как, может приснилось во сне, как теорема Ферма.

I apologize for not providing a lot of information for confidentiality reasons. This patient is an older person who was in the hospital for HTN exacerbation. There was no heart surgery, no MI, CVA, or DM. This statement is at the very end of the document along with the description that the patient is disabled, retires, and his "КТП" is unfavorable. That's why I think it is some sort of abbreviation for prognosis. But I am not sure. Thank you.

ввиду отсутствия контекста, но учитывая слабые намёки на кардиологию, повышенное давление .....

можно предположить, что речь идёт о "пролонгированной кардиотонической поддержке" КТП, прогноз которой является неблагоприятным...
