Hello everybody,
Yesterday, I selected a glossary and everything went well. And when I was translating, some words became highlighted. I tried to select them so that I can copy them in the target segment. I checked the manual and it says that I have to press Alt+Ctrl+left Arrow or Alt+Right+Right Arrow(I don't know what "right" means here). I really don't know what to do to select the terms without messing my screen.
Any help please? ▲ Collapse

unassign your computer's hotkeys

Hi there,
I had a very similar problem using Wordfast and I contacted their hotline. It's a common problem with Intel graphics cards, basically your computer already has those shortcuts assigned to your display settings. To turn this off you need to access your graphics card options and uncheck the 'Enable hotkeys' box.

You can also read about it here: http://www.global-tm.net/index.php?whichpage=knowledge&Task=view&questId=48&catId=21
Hope that helps!
Ps. the "right" key is just the opposite directional arrow to the left one, it selects the placeable ahead of the one that is currently highlighted. ▲ Collapse

Problem solved
Sep 21, 2007
Hi Caroline,
A Proz.com member told me to do the same and it worked. I just want to point out, in case other members may encounter the same problem, that if they don't find "Intelgraphic" in their control panel menu, they can use Alt+CTrl+f12 instead. My control panel doesn't display "intelgraphic". That was the only way I could access that option.
Thanks a lot Caroline.
