Urgent - source bookmark missing

I have been trying to open Wordfast on a Word document, but it keeps coming up with an error message "source bookmark missing", and then the first segment would not open. I read the forums but I could not find anything helpful. I could not even start using Wordfast. Any help appreciated!

I haven't encountered this before (Wordfast usually ignores bookmark hyperlinks or treats them as placeables). It should be possible to work around the problem by starting the translation session *after* the location with the link to the bookmark. With Wordfast not running, place the cursor somewhere in the middle of the sentence where you want to start, and then start Wordfast (click on the icon with the green bars and black square, and then the 'next segment' icon).

The missing bookmark is probably located in a different document on the author's system somewhere. Cross-document hyperlinking is wonderful as long as your documents stay inhouse, but not so nice if you send them out...

This has happened to me a couple of times and I've solved it by reorganising the TM.
