WordfastPro 3.4.8 very slow typing

Hi,
when I type the letters appear very slowly on the screen in Wordfast. I have to wait several seconds before the whole sentence appears and I can move to another segment which makes my work really annoying and slow. I've tried couple of suggestions that were posted in this forum, but nothing works. I suspect it has to do something with Windows update (I am using Win 10). I've never had such problem with Wordfast before (have been using it for several years).
