I have been trying to align two documents using PlusTools, but instead of English on one side and Spanish on the other, there are some Spanish segments on the English side and vice versa! I'm not sure why this is happening, as I just aligned two other documents without any problem. There are no pictures in the documents, they are just plain text.

Both documents are in .doc format, and I had both of them opened in Word 2013. No other documents were open, just the two I needed. When I add PlusTools to the toolbar, I get a message that says "Macros have been disabled," but I just click "Enable content" and everything usually works fine. I select the English doc as the source and the Spanish one as the target and start the alignment. Everything is fine except that the languages are mixed up in the two sides of the bilingual document.

Does anyone know how why this is happening?
