Converting a TXM TM into TXT

Hello,

Can anybody explain me how to convert a TMX TM into TXT to be able to use it in Wordfast Pro 3 and ideally to convert it back afterwards?
I have seen this explanation on the Wordfast support site, but it has already been written in 2011 and my Wordfast version seems to be different, there is no "open" function.

Thank you in advance!

Select Translation Memory > New/Select TM > Add TM (I seem to remember this was called Open in older versions). Click on Browse and navigate to the folder where your TMX is located. Select Translation Memory eXchange in the dropdown menu for the file type:



You should then see your TMX, if it has the .tmx extension.

You need to select Export TM:



This will convert the selected Wordfast TM (.txt) into a TMX translation memory (.tmx).

You get there via Translation Memory > New/Select TM, as when opening (adding) a TMX as a Wordfast TM.

Je ne me suis pas attendue à une aide tellement rapide et efficace à la fois.
J'ai suivi vos instructions et cela a marché! Merci beaucoup!
Je vais dormir beaucoup mieux cette nuit:)

Une dernière question: Si j'ouvre maintenant la TM convertie, j'y retrouve certes mon texte, mais tout a l'air un peu bizarre (il y a d'autres mots qui ne font pas partie de la traduction), cela ne ressemble pas vraiment aux autres TMs Wordfast Pro.

Je voudrais vous faire savoir que je me suis trompée tout à l'heure: En effet, je n'avais pas vu que le système a bien créé une nouvelle TM qui ressemble exactement à tous les autres TMs Wordfast:)

Je voulais juste vous faire savoir que je me suis trompée tout à l'heure: En effet, je n'avais pas vu que le système avait vraiment créé une TM Wordfast qui ressemble bien à tous les autres:)
