Toolbar has disappeared in Wordfast Pro

I normally use Wordfast on my desktop but am currently using it (version 3.4.1) on my laptop (a MacBook Pro OS 10.9.4).
For some reason I have no toolbar.
I've tried 'toggle toolbar' in the Window menu but there's no change. I've looked online, but all references seem to offer solutions for Wordfast Classic.
It's all the more frustrating because the keyboard shortcuts in the menus refer to PCs and not Macs.

Hopefully there's an easy solution to this?

Dear Catharine,

There is something to try before complete uninstallation.

- Right-click the TXML Editor icon on the left toolbar.
- Click "Customize".
- Uncheck any option, and click "OK".
- The toolbar should appear now.
- Do the same again, and check back the option that you have checked.

It didn't work straight off, but after doing it and then 'toggle toolbar' it worked!
