Hi everyone,
I am working with Wordfast Pro demo mode for the moment and have some problems to solve: My client sent me a remote TM exceeding the 500 TU limitation for demo mode and an already existing translated txml file to work on. When I try to modify a segment in the translated section right hand side, wordfast wouldn't let me go to the next segment - the background remains pink, instead of purple. When I save the file and quit Wordfast and try to reopen it, all the changes are gone.... See more

Has anyone an idea how to fix this problem? Is the file simply too large for demo mode and do I have to buy the license in order to work on larger projects?

I was under the impression you can't even access remote TM's in demo mode with Wordfast Pro. OTOH you can use Wordfast Anywhere without any restrictions.

Buying the license will solve all your problems May 21, 2014

When operating either the wordfast Pro or the Classic versions, you will need to buy the license once you are willing to work on projects which are larger than 500 TUs. There is no other way out.
