G'day everyone
I'm trying to figure out what the revision IDs are for in TXML, and how they work. Are these IDs ever visible to the user in the normal course of using Wordfast Pro?

I toyed with the revision IDs a bit and discovered this so far: If a segment contains more than one revision, WFP will show the revisions in the order of the revision IDs, unless some revisions have the same ID, in which case WFP will show the revisions in the order that they occur in the TXML file, regardless of date/time stamp.
As far as I can tell (but I'm not sure, and this is my question), WFP doesn't require revision IDs to be consecutive. In other words, a segment can have three revisions numbered "1", "17" and "99", and WFP will display it to the user in the same way as it would have if the revisions were numbered "1", "2" and "3".
Does anyone know? Are the actual revision IDs themselves shown anywhere, perhaps in a report or something?

Segment changes view

As far as I know the IDs are shown in the Segment Changes view, which displays in the segment window and shows you various details (among them the user) for the segments with changes.

Not on the Segment Changes pane

If you mean the Segment Changes pane at the bottom of the translation screen, then the answer is "no" -- it does not mention the segment ID. It shows Type, Old Value, New Value, User, and Time Changed. I can't find any other Segment Changes view in WFP.
