Sure: a decent backup procedure. I perform a full image backup everyday. I do it incrementally, so as to save time and disk space. If need be, I can restore any individual file from any day several months back.

The default .ini created by Wordfast is wordfast.ini, but you can name it whatever you want and have several of them. You should treat them like your TM's and glossaries: files that contain important data. For instance, if you make extensive use of attributes (like me), their definitions are stored in your .ini

Yes, that's precisely the idea. You can also have your own .ini for your main clients: this will allow you to have the correct glossary, attributes etc. in one go.
