Segmentation after full stops and tabs

Dear all,

I would need segmentation after full stops (Preferences>Segmentation>Wordfast/Trados Option) and tabs (Preferences>Segmentation>Break option). However, there seems to be no option to combine both segmentation rules. I tried to import/export the rules myself which didnt work either.

Is there any way to combine both segmentation rules?

I would very much appreciate your help!
