Where have all the keyboard shortcuts gone?

Yesterday when I opened Wordfast Pro I was notified of a new version, 3.1.3 and updated to it.
When I then opened the program, all the keyboard shortcuts were gone.

Is there a way to automatically reinstall the shortcuts?

Under Keys in Preferences, an "Export" button will produce an CSV file with all the shortcuts.
What can I do then with that CSV file?

(Side note: installing the new version also made the program to hang and start "never". A win... See more

Better return to previous version Jan 16, 2013

Such things can happen. If the older version was ok why don't you go back to it? I still use WFC 5.53

I updated to 3.1.3 too yesterday, or whenever it was. I've not experienced any of the problems you mention.

Did you check yes on the question whether you want to keep the old preferences, TMs and so on, while installing?

I actually uninstalled the newest version and reinstalled the older one but the same thing happened: all or 90% of the shortcuts were gone.

I had also replied yes to keep the old preferences, glossaries, TMs ...

For some reason (sometimes) most of the shortcut keys are missing during installation especially for Mac users.

Could you please go to "Edit" menu > "Preferences" > "Keys", and click "Restore Defaults" then "Apply" and "OK".

If that does not work, then in "Preferences" > "Keys", change "Scheme" to "Default" and then change is back to "Wordfast" and click "Restore Defaults", "Apply" and "OK".

This issue came up in testing after the changes in shortcut keys for 3.1.1. We will try to get this fixed for 3.2.
