Problems with TM lookup

As far as I know, TM lookup should be the function which replaces the "concordance search" in Wf PRO. But I really don'tunderstand how it works. I was translating a text and I wanted to check how I translated a word in the previous segments...to give Wf a try, I counted the occurences by myself, and they were MORE than the TM lookup showed.
Also, the transcheck does not detect the segments where the translated word is different from the one in the glossary!
Help!

TM Lookup does not "replace" concordance search, it's just the way it is called in Wordfast Pro.

How many occurrences did you count in the TM, and how many did you get with TM Lookup?

Can you provide an example of a segment in which a mistranslated glossary term was not reported as such by Transcheck, together with the way the term pair was entered in your glossary?
