After doing the translation and cleaning the document, I make an spell check in Word.
If then I fix ortography errors, how can I integrate the changes into the translation memory that I used for translating the document ?

Before cleaning the uncleaned document, use this combination of keys:
Ctrl "comma" "comma"
You will get the translated target text which you can work on: do spellchecking, etc.
Only then do the cleaning, and the correct text will be saved in the TM.

Or go to Tools > Options > Hidden text, and hide the source text. (I have an Italian program, so I don't know what yours says.)
You should spellcheck BEFORE you clean up!

On my WF Classic, which is version 5.90, the tab Tools contains these options: Analyse, Clean-Up, Quality check, Translate and Extract. The latter option extracts the target text, but does not preserve the original format (bold text, etc)
