Notification preferences can be set on the main ProZ page under My ProZ/My Settings/Job Notifications. In translation, the early bird most often gets the worm.

I've set my notifications to immediate alerts. However, sometimes the alerts come promptly, at others, they arrive the following day. The issue has been addressed several times, and afterwards the system works for a while, then it's bak to late or no notificat... See more
