I would like to be updated about dubbing rates, that would be for tutorials in French to be dubbed in English, and translated first, along with synch and labial synchronisation

Hi François,

for the translation it will most probably turn out to be a rate per audio minute.

Dubbing and sync will, or should, be charged at an hourly rate.
