The Parties therefore agree that where a Risk or other matter is stated to be for the account of the Turkish Party under this Agreement, the contractual arrangements in the PPA and other Project-related contracts (including, without limitation, any Host Government Agreement) will be such that the Project Participants will be held harmless on a current basis from that Risk or other matter. Where this results in the Turkish Party acting as a funder of last resort to the Project Company, such funding will be provided on a fully subordinated basis to the debt and equity investors in the Project Company.
