The Project implementation follows two phases.
The first phase starts with the limited Notice to Procede (LNTP) and comprises pre-engineering ("Final Design", i. e. Basic design and part of detail design), including preparation of permit documents and critical material reservations. During this phase also the Employer's site preparation works shall be completed. Approximately 12 months are estimated for this first phase.

The second phase starts with the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and comprises the complete detail engineering, civil works, construction, erection, commissioning and trial operation works till Taking Over (PAC). Approximately 45 months are estimated for this phase.
