Имхо, перевод всего приведенного аскером предложения мог бы выглядеть следующим образом:

The Lender shall be entitled to claim performance of the Secured Obligations from the Borrower or from the Guarantor (or: Surety) per se without claiming performance from the Borrower.

Еще один вариант: замена глагола claim на глагол seek.

Иными словами:

...shall be entitled to seek performance... without seeking performance from...
