Hi !

My name is Valentin, I am a native French speaker who has spent the last 15 years immersed in English language.

This love of the English language has led me to work for several years in Ireland, where I perfected my knowledge. Since coming back to France, I have dedicated myself to putting that knowledge to use and becoming a translator.

I may not have 10 years of official experience working as a translator, but I have been doing it for my own use for well over a decade. What I lack in experience, I more than make up in skill. This is why I am more than happy to take any tests sent my way.

These past months, I have worked on translating user guides for several companies, as well as subtitles, using Ooona. My translations are done manually, as I find what softwares gain in time, they lose in humanity and authenticity.

I hate nothing more than seeing a bad translation that doesn't do the original message justice. If you let me a chance to prove my worth to you, I am sure we could do great things !
