Product Segregation

All products are produced on a "campaign basis", i.e., only 1 product is processed in a manufacturing area at any 1 time.
Before the next product is introduced into the area, product changeover procedures are conducted between each campaign to prevent cross-contamination.

The flow of raw materials, equipment, personnel, product, and waste are designed to prevent mix-ups and cross contamination.
