Going concern

XXX and associated group companies (the “Group”) current year net loss of EUR ... million, including gross impairment losses of EUR ... million, along with the prior year net losses of EUR ... million, result in negative equity of EUR ... million as at 31 December 2009. This, together with reduced cash flow forecasts for the coming 12 months, could raise doubt about the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern.

However in light of the below mentioned facts and the positive progress made over the last 12 months, management considers this risk to be manageable, in particular since with the continued deferral of interest, it is anticipated ***that all other creditors will be met during 2010***.
