When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

PS: anche la proposta di Maria, "fatto salvo quanto espressamente modificato nel presente Accordo", non mi convince molto, dato che sembra quasi le modifiche vengano effettuate "tramite" l'Accordo, quando invece quasi sicuramente si parla di modifiche appunto effettuate all'Accordo stesso (anche se sicuramente quel "herein" fa pensare a questo, ma la mia proposta è volta a risolvere anche questo problema).
