However, in the meantime, because the person in question is away, I was able to ascertain from a relative of his that he works for an international transport/courier Company. So, it does not appear that is may necessarily be about insurance per se. Can you think of another translation, or should I leave it in English? After all, the word "Manager" is also used frequently in Italian. Given the new information, I was toying with the idea of translating the term as: "Responsabile ricorsi" , but I am not sure. Your suggestions would be very welcome with thanks, luke |
