Romanian term

crintă

Romanian to English Other Cooking / Culinary fabrică de brânzeturi

La rigoare, poţi adăuga "for shaping cheese", presupun.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: ""crintă" is used both for moulding and pressing cheese (drainage of whey). So I guess either "mould" or "press" or would do it. Thanks everybody. "

Cheese press

I think this relates to the "press" rather than the "mould".

neutral Sandra & Kenneth Grossman : Vas de lemn (în formă de albie) is not a press
