The "Jofola" in "Byabsa" for example is not displaying. I'm using Windows 7 - 64 bit. Font is MS Vrinda Unicode.

You have not mentioned where the 'jofola' is not displaying. Is it MS office or browsers? If, it is office applications, then I have no solutions. But, in the browsers like Mozilla, go to the options menu and fix fonts.

Looks like you have a problem with the uniscribe file usp10.dll. Please google for a solution it is readily available in Microsoft website.
