Source text - Arabic ساعدت الألفبائية في بروز الاشكال الجديدة من التدين وفي توسع الورع الداخلي حيث يكمن مصدر الشعور بالذنب كمنظّم للعلاقات الانسانية وللتعاطف مع الآخر ولإقامة حد لانتشار "الأنا" الذي لا يعرف حدوداً من دون هذا الشعور. يتطلب الامر الشعور بالقلق كما يعتقد انطونيني. من هنا ضرورة تعزيز القلق و تقويته الى درجة يصبح معها قوة محررة وليس قوة مطيعة عمياء، علّ ذلك يساعد انساننا على ان يصبح قادراً على مراقبة النفس و محاسبتها؛ و هو ما يساعد في الابتعاد عن الازدواجية التي تعاني منها مجتمعاتنا. لا يستنتج من ذلك ان الازدواجية التي نعاني منها و تشكل احدى سماتنا الراهنة المعيقة، هي صفة او سمة ثقافية متعلقة بشعوب هذه المنطقة، اذ ربما تكون متعلقة بالمرحلة التي يمر بها المجتمع. يكتب المفكر الالماني "فان اوسيل" في هذا السياق ان تطلب التزاوج بين الفكر و الفعل، بين النظرية و التطبيق، هو تطلب حديث و نصادفه غالباً عند النخبة. ان برجوازي القرن التاسع عشر كان يختلف في ممارساته اليومية عن قيمه النظرية، و هذا كان صحيحاً في الميدان الجنسي و في ميدان العدالة الاجتماعية، و لم يكن التناقض يثير اضطرابه. كان يهتم "بسمعته" و يمارس تالياً حياة مزدوجة؛ و كانت مخالفة القانون الاخلاقي او التهرب منه مقبولة اجتماعياً، و لم تكن تثير أي نزاع نفسي. كانت تشبه مخالفة قوانين السير. المهم ان لا نضبط متلبسين، وذلك كله لا يثير أي عقدة ذنب بل نوع من الخجل ليس إلا. التغير الحاصل عند النخبة يظهر في البحث عن التقارب بين المعيار و السلوك الفعلي. و انعدام التقارب اضحى يثير الاحساس بالذنب. ذلك يعني انه يحس بالمسؤولية و يعني ايضاً ان بنيته النفسية قد تغيرت، فهو لم يعد بحاجة لمراقبة خارجية.

What occupied his/her mind was not to arrested while being red-handed. This did not give rise to a feeling of sin, only a feeling of shame. The elite differ in that they search for the consistency between the standards and actual behavior as its lack became to arouse a feeling of sin, namely a feeling of responsibility and a change in the psychological infrastruce as well. Source text - Arabic والمتأمل في أحوال مواسم الحج بعد هذا التاريخ من خلال ما كتبه بعض من قصدوا هذه الديار المباركة للحج من مفكريها وساستها وغيرهم، سيتجسد له الفارق الهائل بين مواسم الحج قبل عام 1343هـ وما بعد هذا التاريخ.. فعلى سبيل المثال يقول الشيخ محمود ياسين محدث الشام في كتابه (رحلة الحج والعمرة) مشيداً باهتمام الملك عبدالعزيز براحة الحجيج "الملك عبدالعزيز وأفراد العائلة المالكة والوزراء والأشراف لا يركبون إلا الدواب شفقة على الحجاج حتى لا يلحقهم ضرر من السيارات، ولذلك صدرت تعليمات الملك بعدم ركوب السيارات لأحد سوى المرضى الذين يؤدون فريضة الحج"، كذلك قال غلام رسول مهر وهو صحافي بنجابي في كتابه (يوميات رحلة في الحجاز): "علم الملك بعد نزوله إلي مكة يوم النحر، بما يلاقيه الحجاج وهم ذاهبون لرمي الجمرات من مضايقات السيارات، فعين حراساً في منى لتنظيم سيرها، ثم نزل الملك نفسه من سيارته وراح يعاقب ركاب السيارات المسرعة، وعرفنا أن الملك نفسه لم يعد يستخدم السيارات في مشاعر الحج، وقد جاء لرمي الجمرات على صهوة جواد".

Source text - English Some hydrocarbon feedstocks, such as naphtha, crude distillates, and bitumen-derived feedstocks, that are to undergo hydrotreating to remove concentrations of organic sulfur and nitrogen compounds also have concentrations of arsenic. Arsenic is a poison to hydrotreating catalysts used in the hydrotreating of the hydrocarbon feedstocks. Even small concentrations of arsenic can poison a hydrotreating catalyst by irreversibly binding with the active nickel and deactivating it. The arsenic may be present in a hydrocarbon feedstock in the form of organoarsenic compounds and at concentrations ranging upwardly to 1 wppm or higher.
One particularly good catalyst that has been developed for use in removing arsenic from petroleum feedstocks is disclosed in U.S. Patent No. 6919018 (Bhan). This catalyst comprises a porous refractory support that is impregnated with a Group VIB metal (molybdenum or tungsten) and a Group VIII metal (nickel or cobalt) in amounts such that the atomic ratio of the Group VIII metal-to-Group VIB metal is between 1.5 to 2.5 and at least 8 wt.% Group VIB metal. The support of the catalyst is a mixture of the porous refractory material and either nickel or cobalt that is shaped, dried and calcined. There is no mention of the support containing molybdenum or phosphorus. The catalyst is prepared by applying several impregnations of metal followed by drying and calcining. The first impregnation is with a Group VIII metal (nickel or cobalt) thereby providing an underbedded Group VIII metal. There is no mention that the first impregnation includes molybdenum or phosphorus. The second impregnation is with a Group VIB metal and optionally an additional amount of a Group VIII metal.
U.S. Patent No. 5389595 (Simpson et al.) discloses a hydroprocessing catalyst that is useful for simultaneous hydrodenitrogenation and hydrodesulfurization of gas oil. The catalyst comprises a calcined porous refractory support particle, an underbedded Group VIII metal (e.g., nickel or cobalt) and an overlayer of an additional catalytic promoter that is preferably a Group VIB metal (e.g., molybdenum or tungsten) but may also be a Group VIII metal. The catalyst typically contains greater than 4.0 weight percent of Group VIII metal (calculated as monoxide) and greater than 10 weight percent (calculated as the trioxide). The ‘595 patent does not indicate that its catalyst has any particular application in arsenic removal. There also is no indication that its calcined support particle includes a catalytic metal component or that the catalyst includes underbedded Group VIB metal or underbedded phosphorus.
