I was born in Russia, graduated from the State University in Krasnodar with specialization in the English Language and Literature, Philology and Linguistics. For 10 years I worked as a senior scientific translator at the National Research Center for Preventive Medicine (originally the Institute of Preventive Cardiology of the National Cardiology Research Center) in Moscow. I translated from Russian to  English articles and abstracts on international epidemiological studies,  cardiovascular disease clinical trails, biochemical research tests, preventive medicine studies and surveys etc. for the leading international journals, presentations, slide presentations, lectures for the international forums and workshops, documents and correspondence to liaison with different international medical research institutions including the World Health Organization and the health-related departments of the United Nations. Besides, I did  translations from English to Russian manuals on asthma management, diabetes management, breast feeding, osteoporosis etc. As an interpreter I did both consecutive and simultaneous translation at different international forums, workshops and seminars. The following 10 years I worked with the business projects in telecommunications, oil and gas.

     I live in New York. I received a degree of Master of Science in Public Relations and Media from the College of New Rochelle, NY. At the College I took a course on the history of contemporary art and at the New York University a private course on arts management. I completed an internal certification for medical over-the-phone interpretation including HIPAA with Linguistica International. Currently I am a freelance translator. I provide services as an over-the-phone and on-site senior interpreter with Linguistica International including consecutive and simultaneous interpretation of meetings, conferences, impartial hearings, etc. for the New York Department of Education, schools, educational centers, child protection agencies, New York Health and Hospitals, Department of Health and Social Services, police department, unemployment department, social security department. I can work over the phone, Zoom, Teams, with SDL Trados Studio.
